Its about time you guys know what's customer service. I left home and before work i thought i would stop by and get some Cappuccino. I stood in the line for over 10 minutes and kept on waiting for assistance, Customers came after me and got served which is not a problem. The staff at Mugg & Bean Petro port North did not even acknowledge that i was a customer especially the gentleman with the short fade hairstyle. It was around 08:28 and the staff turned a blind eye, that's when i walked away and drove off. I come from a huge reputable retail environment and i just could not get over this, I'm not one to complain but i am really disappointed. Your staff need to go for training and refresher courses. Probably i was not served because i was in uniform looking like a low class.
