Mugg & Bean - N3 Total garage on my way to Durban - Serves salad with flies

On Tuesday 11 Feb 2020 - I stopped on the N3 Total garage on my way to Durban at around 12:00 to have a coffee and lunch. My partner and I bought 2 x coffee's, a ****in and I optned for a macaron salad.

Towards finishing our lunch, I disgusted to find a fly in my salad, which I brought it to the managers attention and she responded with a mere - "We have a problem with flies here, I can give you your money back Sir"

What happened to compliance to the health standards and when has it been ok to tell customers that you generally have problems with flies.

The managers name is Natasha and I am upset with this and would like a written apology, a health inspection and compensation for the this disgusting service rendered.
