Mugg & Bean : Meyersdal

We had lunch at Mugg and Bean, Meyersdal and my husband ordered the Classic Benedict with soft eggs. The first one he ate was perfect. The second one had a hard egg. I called for the Manager and she said she'll make a soft egg. She came to the table with one soft egg in a plate which I had to (according to her remove the hard egg and put the soft egg in its place). There was no hollandaise sauce, just one soft boiled egg. She asked what is wrong and I completely lost it, because I have never had such pathetic service anywhere before. Especially not expecting it from Mugg & Bean. I told her that I don't want it and they were suprised at my reaction. I received the bill with full charge, but insisted that I will only pay for half a portion.
