Mugg & Bean in need of maintenance

Our first time in Bayside Mall Mugg & Bean expecting good service and great food that we have experienced at other Mugg & Bean restaurants. As we entered Mugg & Bean we were shocked by the condition of the couches. The material was peeling off and it looked terrible. Deciding to ignore it. We sat down at a different table. Once we ordered the food took quite long to arrive even though the restaurant was not busy. The coffee arrived in a chipped cup and saucer and even the table decoration was chipped. I have photos of everything. My husband and I ordered the same and the portion was not as advertised and comparing our two meals there was a considerable difference. We are expected to pay the increased prices and I feel we therefore can expect a clean and well looked after restaurant with care given to the meals. Left feeling very dissatisfied.
