Mugg & Bean Eewwww!!!

Placed an order through your delivery partner UberEats, it took over an hour for the food to reach us and when it did, it was cold, soggy and inedible... The toasted chicken was so soggy that the bread disintegrated, while the chicken livers were more reminiscent of dog food. There was not 1 edible item in this order. The driver from UberEats claimed to have no GPS as well, this was used as his explanation for the late delivery, something that a company boasting driver tracking and online ordering should surely not find acceptable?

I cannot urge companies more to move away from the likes of UberEats as their delivery partners, these companies are charging insane amounts of money extra for far inferior food and food quality from brick and mortar restaurants whose food quality in store is phenomenal... Rather deploy your own delivery and service team to better suit the quality of food being delivered.
