Had a call from a consultant, he promised to come back to me after investigation - heard zippo... so, I ask, M&B, are you willing to lose your patrons due to filthy shop, waiters standing around on their mobiles, cake selection glass, so dirty with finger-prints & the Barista machine looks like it hasn't been cleaned forever, and all this before 11:00am in the morning. Disgraceful!!!!, don't use COVID19 as an excuse for the shocking state of your shop!!!!!
