How do you serve a customer ICED coffee in a cup used for hot coffee. And then give them a STRAW!! Where on Earth will be straw fit???!!!! Really?? You clearly don’t care about customer service! Why not inform the customer on shortage of resources then make them decide if they still want to continue with the same order or not.
