Mugg & Bean: Beaming Good Service Simply Gets Better and Better

Early Birds this is for you! For those who didn't know, Mugg & Bean Riverside Boulevard Mall is open for business by 6:30am on weekdays. This along with supercharged WIFI, beams seamlessly into the lives of virtual office workers or those who wish to maximise their time, while avoiding rush hour traffic to Johannesburg.

But there's more, because more than anything I look forward to super-friendly staff, who go the extra mile, for their customers. To be honest, I'm simply amazed at the enthusiasm and champion attitude, of every person on this crew.

Small acts of kindness include the following: Teboho helped me carry my awkward hand luggage to a comfortable seat. Thank you, Teboho! Pinkie is up-beat everyday and heart-warmingly caring. Thank you, and Well Done! Jabu is always wonderfully consistent in showing a positive attitude. Well done, Jabu! Angela showed mindfullness in going out of their way to remember,t out of her way to remember my order. Well, Done Angela! Cecilia helped an elderly lady who fallen outside the Mugg & Bean on one particularly rainy day. Outstanding! Lebo showed remarkable customer insight in his upselling technique, by suggesting I buy confectionary for my mother. Well Done, Lebo!

Martha & Sam exemplified dedication to customer service in dealing with a particularly difficult customer, (Friday, February 16th). Even though the problem was initially tough to resolve, they persisted and called each other to share the insight they had gained in finding the solution to a Zapper payment problem. Maria also assisted by bringing a print out to the customer. Well Done!

Ben (Runner) remains a Steady Shining Star and he is ever-willing to provide super service to customers, attending to every last detail. In similar fashion, Joseph (Runner) was the first to enquiry which coffee was my preference. Outstanding! Well done, Joseph. Thank you, to Kusandra, who always smiles.
