Mugg & Bean Ballito Junction

Mugg & Bean in Ballito Junction is extremely disappointing. Peak times for an area like this and many items on the menu not available. What makes it worse, is that the food that was eventually ordered, we were told they have run out of chips. Never in my life have I heard of a restaurant running out of chips. Cups came dirty and had to be sent back. First time visiting and will never come back after this. I will definitely be advising friends and family to avoid. Extremely poor from a franchise of this level.
