Mugg&bean...a little research goes a very long way

Mugg and bean has added a few low carb version to their menu... not having a clue what it means. Low carbies is known for their fussiness because.... getting into ketosis takes very hard work and it is really not cheap. We are the people always asking a lot of questions before ordering.... what oil was the food cooked in? Is there any sugar, wheat, soya in the food etc etc. I made the mistake of letting my guard down today when ordering the bare burger.... AS it is marked as low carb..... what I got was a burger patty (definitely not pure beef) drenched with sauce full of sugar sugar sugar and added to that cooked in sunflower oil. All the nasties that is not low carb. Dissapointed that you actually have no idea and still put people's lifes at risk by selling the opposite of what you state. You see somebody with diabetes or other medical conditions could actually hold you liable.
