Mugg and Bean Zevenwacht Mall-Pathetic Service

Most PATHETIC service received from Candice at Zevenwacht Mall on Saturday, 11 May. - We had 3 waitresses take our order, NO COMMUNICATION. - Our food did not arrive at the same time, which meant that we did not eat together, YET AGAIN NO COMMUNICATION. - Candice brought our food with no cutlery or butter for the toast! - The above mentioned waitress had a VERY BAD ATTITUDE and was not friendly at all - After bringing our food, Candice then rushed off (her shift was done and this was not communicated) EVIDENT THAT NO COMMUNICATION EXISTS IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. A shift change should be seamless. As patrons of the establishment, we should not be aware that our waitress had to rush off hence delivering her bad attitude to us and gossiping to other waitresses. We eventually received a very sweet waitress, Nosie, who unfortunately forfeited a tip due to the pathetic service initially received by Candice. Mugg and Bean Zevenwacht (waitresses) needs to implement a sense of professionalism into their customer service.
