Mugg and Bean worst food I have ever had the displeasure of paying for

I had THE worst food experience at Mugg and Bean Clearwater today. We ordered 2 Trinshado's and we got soup with 5 or 6 tiny flat pieces of whatever meat it was and had to pay R90 each for THAT! Trinshado is normally pieces of steak with a sauce. I could not even stomach what was given to us properly!!! This was even worse than the food we got last weekend and I thought maybe the chef just had an off day, but today just proves that they don't actually care about the service and food that I was used to getting from Mugg And Bean. I'd rather not eat there again.
