Mugg And Bean Waterfront pathetic service

My 15 year olds went to the Waterfront branch last night, waited 20 minutes for their Sprites and when I went to collect them an hour later, their order of 1 ****in and 1 salad had still not arrived. The salad was sauceless and meat overcooked and then the waiter still seemed unappreciative of his 10% tip. No thank you, no greeting, just took his money and stalked off. Is this because they were kids? A few other tables gave up and left without ordering. One would think that a business would put their best food forward in this struggling economy, guess now I know why they were so empty and people were rather waiting in long lines at other restaurants.
