Mugg and Bean Vaal Mall's food is atrocious!!!

The Mugg and Bean in Vaal Mall was dirty, the service was awful. I asked for an iced Americano and I was given an awful milky coffee with ice, and when I sent it back they didn't know what an Americano was. I had to explain it to them, then they sent back black coffee in a tall glass without ice ? The salad with the toasted bagel and beef strips was very very undercooked, and the awful tuna sandwich had a lame slice of lettuce. All around awful service and I understand now why it was so empty. Please do better. Mugg and Bean is a fantastic brand and this is the first time I've ever had a complaint about it.
