Mugg and Bean Tygervalley, bad service, bad drinks, bad Management!!!

We where seated close to a air-conditioning outlet, the outlet is so dirty, our clothes, hair and table was full of black dust. We where moved to another table, ordered drinks, my iced coffee was served with freezer burned ice cream on top. I asked waiter to just replace the drink with non watery fresh ice cream, but when my class returned the top ice cream was just scooped off :-(..... Asked to speak to manager, she came over, i raised my complaints in a compiled manner, and she did not say a word, not even sorry or "let me help"....nothing. the level of disrespect could be cut with a knife, that is how thick it was in the air!!!! Just lost another family M&B, newer to return again. Thanks Starbucks for your great service(just around the corner :-))
