Mugg and Bean the Glen is terrible with service

I normally support Mugg and Bean at there various stores and I can confidently say that The Glen has one of the worst run franchises. I actually counted how long since removing my empty plate I am sitting here waiting for the so called waiter to pay my bill. It has now been 55 minutes as I am typing this. All the while helping the people next to me as well as opposite to me. Now you may say, just beckon him over or walk to the cashier. The fact is that I am sick and tired of having to do that each and every time I come to this Mugg and Bean. The food was cold and the staff seem to not want to be there. As if they are doing me a favour for serving my food. I do not usually complain because waiters are human and make mistakes but having this happen repeatedly is just unacceptable. I would say fox it but I will not be coming back to this branch and not so much to any other if I can avoid it. Will rather go to Wimpy as they still have that human element.
