Mugg and Bean staff dishonest.

I ordered 2x Serious Café Latte at your store located at 2 Braam Pretorius St, Annlin, Pretoria, 0182 at 06:15 this morning. After buying 2x Windston red slide @ R30.90 each and the 2x Serious Lattes @ R30.90 the lady charged me R154.50 then charging it on my card I asked her for the slip... she hesitated and then finally gave it to me. Once scrutinising my slip I asked her what is a "Red Cap Cappuccino" both of the ladies working the morning shift pretended that they didn't know what my order was after charging me and me repeating 6 times in front of other customers that my order was 2x Cafe Latte and the 2x Cigarettes. After I finally got cross they refunded me my money back in cash. I believe this to be highly unacceptable that I needed to clarify my order after I paid and realised they added something ells on my order. I buy every morning from your shop and believe to be a regular there. This morning would be my last time purchasing from your shop as I feel how many other times have they not done this before without me asking a slip? Once the order was made they only prepared the 2x Cafe latte and no 3rd cup for the order they placed on my bill... meaning they knew what my order was but still over charged me!! I am very upset as I don't know if they have done this before as I buy a lot of things in the morning from the Total garage and pay at the mug and bean pay point because I order coffee from there. Find it very dishonest as a regular customer.
