Mugg and Bean - South Coast Mall - Waiters - Unfriendly and Terrible Attitude with Customers

While on a vacation to the South Coast in KZN, I stopped by at the South Coast Mall Mugg and Bean, Ordered a Burger (which comes with a side of chips)

Firstly - I was met by extremely unfriendly waiters, At once instance, I greeted the waiter and they responded with 'What is your order?', no greeting, no friendliness , appeared to be angry

Secondly - After eventually getting my burger - The Burger literally came with 5 scrawny potato chips THROW on the plate (scattered around the plate) , which was extremely unappetizing and overall NOT the service and pride which i am used receiving when i visit the GATEWAY MALL and Pavilion MUGG AND BEAN on a regular basis

Thirdly - I did not want to add in a tip for the poor service i received as i normally tip a minimum of 15 percent of my bill, however due to the unfriendly behavior, i basically just rounded off the bill and the tip worked out to about R5 - to which when the waiter views the bill and presents the card machine , she clicks her tongue as she looks at the bill and tip field and utters some words to another waiter passing by regarding the bill

Extremely poor service from waiters - I cannot recall the female waiters name, however i was there at approx 14h44 on the 25th of September 2020
