Mugg and bean service fail

I visited Mugg and bean at Mall of the south to work as my workplace had load shedding. The waiter came and gave menus, no greeting, no introduction, nothing and left. In between had colleagues come and go but not once did he come and find out if i needed to order. There was couple opposite me that came in after me, got their menus, drinks and food before me. Leter I noticed they were being served by the same waiter as me. Only when another colleague had come and flagged him down, did he actually come and took my order. Very disgruntled, he wrote it down, didnt ask what my preferences are, just left. When the food came, different waiter, no jam and butter, no salt on the table no sauce, toast was brown but i prefer white, but then again, i didnt get asked my preference. I had to ask a different waitress to get me salt and suace as once again, my waiter was nowhere to be found. She brings the salt but forgets the sauce and she disappears. Eventually I see my waiter, try and get his attention as he is busy chatting to another waiter. He sees me after, and i ask him for sauce. A long time after I look for him again as i want to pay. i couldnt find him and had to ask a different waiter to ger my bill. It almost feels like he just didnt want to serve me because every time I had to keep searching for him. Sadly, this is not the first time I have been served by this waiter. Previously, I ordered cappucino to-go. A woman had come after me, got served before me. So what is this man's problem with me ???
