Mugg and Bean Savannah mall no service at all

I entered the restaurant at 11h05 sat in the restaurant for 40 min. I ordered bottomless coffee from two waiters, and did not receive anything. After 40 min one of the manager named Victor came to see if everything is ok.

I informed him that I have been sitting for 40 min without being served.

I usually visit mugg and bean's as they have good service and good coffee. After another 15 min I finally received two coffee's. We could not finish them as we where late after the long wait.
