Mugg and Bean Rosebank

i had planned for a breakfast date at Mugg and in Rosebank and i had the worst the experience with the food. the service was good i won't lie was but what had happened in the kitchen was a total disaster. we had order an egg benedict which we required the egg to be hard. But we had to send the meal back not even once but twice because they failed to harden poached eggs. i am not a chef but i know how to harden it myself. but we had so long for food to arrive as well. What a waste and disaster for a franchise. After that incident i will never return
