Mugg and Bean River Square Three Rivers - What is the use of ordering ahead????

What a Bad experience from your River Square outlet in Three Rivers Vereeniging. EACH and EVERY single time I order ahead there is a problem with your system, no one seems to know what is going on with your orders made on your Mugg and Bean app. This is not the first time I have reported the problem to your store and not happy that your are not looking into getting the problem fixed seeing that you can NEVER get my order ahead order done on your app.
