Mugg and Bean Richards Bay Boardwalk

Horrible service!! Today my husband and I with our two kids went to Mugg and Bean Richards Bay we entered at 17:00 , no waiter seated us so we helped our self with a seat, a waitress attend to us. We decided to order flap jacks with ice cream the waitress told us that we can have it with cream because they have already cleaned the icecream machine I then asked what time do you close and she said they close at 18:00??? So why do you clean the icecream machine at 17:00 when you are closing at 18:00??? So no thank you , I'll rather spend money some place els then!
