Mugg and Bean problem

I tried ordering two of their new offerings at the Cape Town Airport landslide restaurant. They never had the ingredients to make it. I ended up ordering rump steak as a safe alternative which was disappointing. I filled out a complaint on their website and it gave an error message when I tried to send it. Is this what Mugg and Bean is like now? Pretty on the outside but things aren't working in the background.
