Mugg and bean panorama absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Mugg and bean at panorama shopping centre is absolutely disgusting.twice in one week I have gone there for breakfast and each time there is a human hair inside the food.this morning I went there for breakfast and ordered eggs and on top of the eggs was a pitch black human hair and the managers still tell us it is from the mushroom or that it is not a hair.we will spread this by word of mouth and on every social media platform/network
