Mugg and bean - northgate complaint

I have been going to the northgate mugg and bean for over a year.

I went in today and sat down for breakfast. I am a regular customer so the staff recognise me as I always go there in the mornings to have breakfast and work. I sat down and waited.

Other couples sat down anround the same time and were attended to next to me and received menus and even their coffees etc but the waitress working the area just ignored me and didn’t bother to even to bring me a menu. I waited for 15 minutes and still no service.

Eventually I packed up and walked out as no one even bothered to bring me a menu or attend to me. When I asked for the manager, the waitress didn’t even bother to go call him.

It’s disgusting that your treat customers who support you on a WEEKLY basis like this.

Won’t be going there again and as I have a large business network, will not be recommending then to anyone anymore.
