Mugg and Bean, need trainging in on-line customer service. Rudeness does not cut it

Good food, albeit quite expensive. However, if you have a problem, don't bother with customer "service". I had the rudest reply to a recent complaint and even though I rep**** to that nasty message, I have heard nothing since. Needless to say, I have not put a foot in there since April, and I make certain that I let everyone know, and I refuse to meet anyone there for any reason whatsover. I prefer to socialise elsewhere, and take my friends and family with me.
