Mugg And Bean Muldersdrift, Worst Service Champions

This happened on the 06th of January 2022,

I was craving good Coffee and I thought of Mugg and bean as I normally get from the Midrand side shops, but I was in Muldersdrift , so I went to Mugg and bean cradle stone mall/complex, worst cuppuccino ever(tasted just like low fat milk and sugar with a smell of coffee, but no coffee inside ), I was with my wife and she confirmed it, imagine that, 2 large cuppuccinos, exactly like Dam water, I’m going to report this on even social media as well,to top that, we had to wait for a long time for our order, I’m disgusted to say the least, now I have to wait for next day to get coffee cos yours ruined my day.

And I would not be surprised because Mugg and Bean do not respond to Customer Complaints, yet they have an email for it, I am saying this is not my first complaint, I mailed them about Mugg n Bean on Malibonwe Drive in Northriding, they never responded,

But will all that I said here, Mugg and Bean makes the best coffee and food, I do not know if Muldersdrift staff and Malibongwe ones undermine people or not, so the large 2 coffees were thrown out and I want my refund ASAP.
