Mugg and Bean kenilworth terrible customer service from manager

my siblings and I took our parents for breakfast this morning mugg & bean kenilworth as it is the only halaal branch but I have to say extremely disappointed in the food,as well as the service from the manager Altaaf Peters my mom ordered the Eggs Benedict Big Ben which is R125 which looked lovely i ordered South African Benedict which is R112 my order didn’t look anything like the picture advertised on the menu u could count the corn on the bun, in actual fact the English ****in wasn’t even a ****in it was as flat as a pancake and the boerewors patty was WAAY smaller than the bun I regret not taking a picture to expose what this meal actually looked like for R13 cheaper than the Big Ben I called the waiter explained to him this isn’t wat I ordered n is nothing like the picture he called the manager Altaaf which came to me with the plate and insisted that the meal looks exactly like the picture in the menu I said n this patty is so small he says this is 50g patty and this is a starter meal on the menu this doesn’t say it’s a starter n neither does it say the patty is 50g he was very abrupt and unprofessional I told him I dnt want the meal and he jus left no apology at all ddnt even try and assist in anyway the waiter kept on apologising pathetic service from a manager very disappointed and I will post this on every platform so people are aware of Altaaf’s service specifically and in no way trying to assist the customer
