Mugg and Bean Jeffrey's Bay
Last week Friday I ordered a Brie, Bacon and Cranberry Toasted Sandwich for takeaway at the Mugg and Bean in Jeffrey's Bay. I did another errand while they were busy and then still waited about 10 minutes. I asked why the sandwich was taking so long and the comment was it is "freshly made". It's always freshly made but I have never waited so long at any other mugg and bean for the same order. When I got the order, someone out jalapeños in with my other ingredients!!! It tasted disgusting and not at all worth the R60 I paid for it. I don't want to put it on the company's website as I want everyone to know what bad service you get at the Jeffrey's Bay branch as this isn't the first time I had bad service there. If the jalapeños was done on purpose because of one innocent question regarding my order, then shame on them.
