Mugg and bean employees

I went to Mugg and Bean at Carlswald has clueless waiters and waitresses. Went there in May and I paid using thier app. It didn’t clock on thier system. I paid cash only to find out it went through and they did not know that you have to register the app in their teller tab. It was frustrating and I had to pay cash. Only for mugg and bean to return the money after 4 months.
