Mugg and Bean Eggs Benedict

To Whom It May Concern I frequent Mugg And Bean on the odd occasion for a special treat. Today I invited a couple with us for breakfast, I was utterly shocked at the plate that we ordered for the 2 ladies. They both ordered Eggs Benedict which my wife feels that no one beats Mugg and Bean with the preparation of this plate. When the plate arrived we were all shocked at the presentation of the plate, the eggs looked like little ***eon eggs, holendeis source was just a drop to cover the eggs. I actually was embarrassed but let it go. I am raising this issue now as if I had to make a scene there at the Restaurant would not have been pretty at all. If you would like a picture of the plate please let me know. I am highly upset with this especially from Mugg And Bean.
