Mugg and Bean Eastgate

I ordered a ****tail and specifically asked for just one ice block. My ****tail came with loads of ice in it! As if that wasn't enough, my meal then came through... Shocking!!! I asked for a medium steak. To my dismay, I could not even cut through that steak!!! The blue cheese sauce??? Never seen nor tasted such in my life! I don't know whether the problem is with the waiter not relaying messages correctly, or the barmen and chefs just can't follow instructions. In all the years that I've had a meal at Mugg and Bean, I was shocked to receive such service. This is a big Mall; I was expecting nothing but the best. I'm really not hard to please, but I'm definitely never visiting this branch again! In fact, I don't know if I will ever walk into a Mugg and Bean.
