Mugg and Bean doesn’t care!

Warning! Mugg and Bean doesn’t care about their customers, their safety or their possessions! On Sunday 1 February 2026 I was at Mugg & Bean O R Tambo International Airport. Upon entering they force you to leave your luggage trolley at the entrance inside the restaurant. My luggage was ****** from inside the restaurant because they left the entrance unattended. The SAPS at OR Tambo confirmed that they warned all the restaurants at the airport to stop this practice as 3 trolleys were ****** during December 2025. Either they should have a staff member watching the luggage or allow luggage to be taken to the tables. Therefore Mugg & Bean was aware of this whilst they continue to take risks with their unknowing customer’s luggage! Then they refuse to take responsibility!
