Mugg and bean

I ordered an iced coffee today at Mugg and bean n1 city, upon arrival I began getting ready to pick off the coffee beans from the top of the whipped cream. As I was picking off the coffee beans i picked up what I thought was a coffee bean but it was a dead, dried up baby ****roach. I immediately called the waitress, she was disgusted and attempted hurling. She handled it well, she instantly went to the manager and handed him the scrunched up serviette holding my coffee beans and ****roach. Upon inspection he went up to staff, I’m assuming, he was addressing the issue. The manager soon after came to apologise and thanked me for “keeping it hushed”. My drink was remade, minus the coffee beans this time. I payed+ gratituity. I was saddened that there was no compromise by the manager nor was he or the staff that made my drink accountable.
