Mugg and Bean CT Airport poor service

Staff service is unacceptable. At 11 10 a.m. on 29 March 2026, a line of guests were waiting at the entrance of the Mugg and Bean in domestic departures lower level and the employee that was mopping ignored everyone. So did the person packing the fridges when we attempted to gain her attention. The lady who was mopping also left the floor wet and did not warn people that it is wet.
