Mugg and Bean Cradlestone food not prepared according to good standard

I bought a take away meal of toasted chicken and mayo rye bread yesterday at Mugg and bean around 13:40, I know that the meal is not a healthy meal but the amount of oil on the fries and bread was just too much, the oil on my fries was brown and the smell was just too bad. When I realised all this I was already driving towards Key West Mall, so I decided to go straight to Mugg and Bean in Key west, I asked to speak to the store manager there, Steve. I just handed the food to him and asked him to tell me what he thought was wrong with the food, he responded by saying too oily I opened the sandwich and asked him what was wrong with the sandwich he responded no lettuce, I said to him the taste is just as bad. Overall he apologized and admitted that the food was not prepared according to the Mugg and bean standard, that was before I informed him that I didn't buy the food from the Key west branch, after I informed him he was relieved, he was still prepared to assist me to resolve the matter, the Store owner Yvette also confirmed the food was too oily. Long story short, they offered me another sandwich complementary, they also explained that, they are independent franchise. So basically what they did was going an extra mile to save a customer from walking away from Mugg and Bean business. Mugg and Bean Cradlestone, I don't see me or my family and friends buying from you anymore. I believe food safety agencies need to pay you a visit.
