Mugg and bean coffee subscription

I bought a coffee subscription from mugg and bean. On their website the subscription offered a variety of expresso based drinks but when I went to redeem the subscription I was told by the staff that it only applies to cappuccinos. I have contacted mugg and bean head office but they just repeated what the website said. Now,whenever I want to redeem the subscription which is for 15 cups of an expresso based beverage,I need to show the mugg and bean staff their website and the info. It's tedious and it wastes time. I don't recommend the subscription unless you really like cappuccinos.
