Mugg and bean Clearwater

Completely appalled by the service received from Mugg and bean at clearwater. Incorrect order received yet we confirmed that we would like two of the CARIBBEAN CAFFÉ MOCHA with the second one containing a decaf coffee. Once received it looked totally different from the other Furth more the saucer that this was served on was dirty as well as the mug which was leaking the contents, at least have the decency to clean wipe the saucer first before serving the customer. I will not be visiting the branch any longer
