Mugg and Bean Cape Town International horrible experience

I have just had the worst experience for the first time at Mugg and Bean Cape Town international Airport. I got here at 18:00 to have a bite and something to drink before my flight boarded. I was served by AJ who at first I thought was efficient but later realized the opposite.

He took my order and the moment he brought my food he wanted me to pay cause as he said it loudly he wanted to go home. I have no issues with him wanting to go home but the way he was rushing everyone like we had to gulp the food and leave quickly because he was closing. I and a lady who was sitting next to me told him that we feel so rushed and are not even enjoying the food that he had just brought, with such an attitude he said no he wasn't grabbed the speed point machines and walked away. One of his colleagues reprimanded him and told him he shouldn't be so harsh we would report him. He shouted so loud saying that he didn't care if he did and mumbled such rudeness as he walked away.

I payed alot of money for my food to be treated so badly. As if that was not enough being rushed to finish our food and go because he wanted to leave,a man came to buy a cup of coffee and a lady whose name is Chante told the man that they were closed and xouldnt he him. The time was 18.45. What time does M&B close. I mean for coffee really??? One of the ladies working there (Nancy) asked Chane who makes the coffee why she didn't sell coffee to the guy because the kitchen closes at 7 and she could have sold him the coffee. The profanities from Chantes mouth left me gobsmacked. Without a care in the world she started swearing at Nancy knowing fully well that I was sitting there.

I will nevergo to M&B Cpt International Airport ever again. The supposed Manager is super rude and has NO customer service skills what so ever. He is rude including the Chane lady. It is really bad that the M&B name would be tarnished so badly by these people. I'm shocked.
