Mugg and Bean Atterbury Value Mart Manager

Very very poor customer service!. We left home very early and bought take away Seattle coffee. When we arrived in Pretoria went to Mugg and Bean Atterbury value mart . After we’ve sat down and already ordered breakfast the manager approached us and asked whether it’s their coffee, clearly seeing that it’s not. He insisted that I am not allowed to finish drinking my Seattle coffee. I suggested that we just pour it into one of their cups, as there was less than a cup left , but he refused. It is your prerogative to have more arrogance than intelligence, but with only 2 other customers around you could have just poured it into a cup and nicely ask that in future we don’t bring another brand in. Happy for you Mr manager with your power trip, but with almost no customers there you lost about R300’s revenue and took a decent tip out of the mouth of the waitress. But hey...not to worry, because apparently you feel that your brand and your staff are financially superior to the economic hardships facing the rest of SA.
