Mugg and Bean Atterbury - Uber eats menu Big Ben

I have tried more than once to order the Big Ben with Uber eats but this is not on the Uber eats menu. So this morning I call Mugg and Bean Atterbury and ask the lady why this item is not on Uber eats. She replies "I don't know Sir". So I order takeaway from her directly. When I get there to pick it up I speak to three of the staff there (one being the manager) and all I get is that I must contact Uber eats myself and tell them to put the Big Ben on their menu. They definitely are not interested in improving their restaurant offering and order intake. Why must the client request such a change? So, if the owner of Mugg and Bean perhaps see this or someone from Uber eats, please make this change or leave it. Whatever. Maybe I should also not care. The restaurant staff do not care. Maybe I should rather buy somewhere else. Whatever, many other restaurants that would like my support! Maybe I just now wasted my time anyway! Nobody cares about customer service.
