Mugg and Bean (At Total Petroport Magalies)

This morning at 05:50am I tried to purchase a plain green and they (Her name tag said Maki) same me something green substance mixed with dairy. I processed to let Miss Maki know that I cannot consume that because firstly I'm allergic to dairy and secondly that wasn't what I asked for.. She then continued to give me attitude and then told me that " I can't do anything about it" (as if I didn't already pay for the tea). I stood there waiting for a solution from Maki and the other too ladies and she (a different lady) said she'll make another one... and she did... but it still had dairy and the milk now looked like it had expired. I hope you guys take your employees for customer service training because what I experienced could have been avoided with them simply letting me know that they don't provide what I'm asking for...
