Mugg and Bean

Date 29 Jan 2024 Time 14H30 to 14H 45 My wife and I stopped at the Total N14 South Mugg and Bean and bought two pork pies. Waitress 1 short changed us with R5.00. When we looked at the changed and without saying anything the waitress says Oh you are short R5.00. How did she know the amount was R5.00? She proceeded to pick up R5.00 from a area below or next to the till but not from the till. We did not finished the pork pies and were still hungry so I went and got a ****in. Waitress 2 then short changed me with R40.00. When I showed her the money in my hand and without saying anything she said oh you are short R50 give me the R10 back. The R50 was also taken from some area but not the till. I filled in a complaint there and then on internet to Mugg and Bean Head Office. No reply as yet On trying to take their photos they disappeared into the area where Total sells there items and would not come back Be careful of these wonton acts of the waitresses
