Mug&Bean On the go, Total RA Weltevredenpark. I am a regular Mug&Bean customer for many years, and absolutely appalled by the the service I received at the Total Garage in Weltevredenpark. I have loyalty reward cards at many of the branches, and they said it only qualifies for Serious Cappuccinos, scratched out easy on my card and said sorry we can t help you. I said to the lady I do it every where else, this is ridiculous, and she just laughed.
To hear you had an experience like this makes us just as upset and we will be resolving this matter for you. A Mugg & Bean Customer Care agent has been notified of this matter and they have escalated it to both the store manager and the area manager for the store in question.
