Mug n Bean Woodmead*sh*t

<p>I have never experienced such a **** service i must say. Say my cousin and i was having launch i realised that the cup of warm water and lemon i requested was not clean. I asked for the manager Mr Ephias Seganye as the waiter did care much for us. I showed the manager the cup and he said it was the dish wash. I then put my finger inside the glass and scretched it and he saw the misty dirty as i scretched it. He apologised and said he would bring another however as i had drank the water at first without noticing and had paid..i told him but now i am leaving. Then he said "but bear in mind that you didnot pay for the water"...this really ****ed me off. Am i supposed to get a bad service or dirty cup because i dont pay for it...i dont think so. i had launch there and i paid so why am i supposed to get a dirty glass?</p> <p> </p>
