Mug issue

Mugg and Bean has a note on their price list that says: "Bring your own mug and get R5 off your order". It does NOT say bring a Mugg and Bean mug as is sold in the store. Well when I took my own mug to Mugg and Bean to the branch at Total Hluhluwe they refused to use my mug.
