Mug&Bean OVERCHARGES client and refuse to rectify
My Husband went to Mug & Bean for his meal tonight (as we are very regular customers and eat there almost every weekend) and ordered an extra shot of espresso for his Skinny Cappuccino with foam as he always does. We always get charged R3.90 per shot, not only at this branch but several other branches of Mug & Bean through out South Africa as my husband travels regularly.<br> <br> There seems to be a new manager on duty who charges R14.95 per shot and refuses to rectify this price even after my husband told him that the price is incorrect. This is ****************! As if it is not bad enough that Mug & Bean cuts down on their quality of product by producing smaller and smaller omelets with smaller slices of Rye bread for higher prices, we are now being charged a ridiculous amount for an extra shot of espresso!!!<br> <br> What do you intend on doing about this situation?? Are you happy to see your regular clients dissatisfied and never returning and also the word spreading of your poor service and ridiculous prices???
