Mug and Bean's horrifying Service

On Saturday 14/12/2019 my brother and I went to Mug and Bean East Rand Mall for lunch and I wasn't impressed with the service or food.

We were seated and told that our waiter would be on his way but we were served by 6 different people while we were there. I had to shout across the room asking for green Tabasco because we weren't getting attention. We later asked for tomato sauce and sweet chillie sauce and that only came 20 minutes later when we were almost done with our food

We ordered the ribs and wings combo and only received 2 pieces of ribs and had to ask the lady that brought our food if "this was it".

Personally I wasn't impressed and it looks like a number of people aren't happy with Mug and Bean Service.
