Mug and Bean owner East Rand Mall should go for training on how to treat people and his staff
The place is great, service stunning, waiters friendly, but the owner treats his staff like ****... I have never seen anybody Treating staff like that!! !This is so disappointing and Mug and Bean Head office should Really look into this, because coming from a hospitality industry myself, I find this disgusting and I only go there when he is not there.?? I don't recommend your restaurant to anyone just because of how you treat your staff. You should be fired and replaced just for treating your staff like ****!!!!!
